Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At ShopperStyle, we want you to have a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

✅ The request is made within 24 hour of delivery.
✅ The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
✅ The product is not from our non-returnable items list (see below).
✅ The return reason is valid (wrong item received, defective/damaged product, size issue, etc.).


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

🚫 The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
❌ Accessories such as jewelry, bags, and sunglasses.
❌ Sale & discounted items (unless damaged or defective).
❌ Customized or personalized products.


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

1️⃣ Contact Us – Email us at shopperstyle.store@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9727907558 within 7 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Provide Details – Share your order number, item details, reason for return, and clear images if the item is defective/damaged.
3️⃣ Approval & Pickup – Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup if eligible. (Self-shipping may be required in some cases.)
4️⃣ Return Processing – Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a quality check.
5️⃣ Refund/Exchange Issued – After approval, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.

📌 Returns are usually processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item.


4. Refund Policy

Refund Mode: Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Refund Time: It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed as store credit or transferred via bank account/UPI (details will be required).
Partial Refunds: If the product is found used, damaged, or missing accessories, we may issue a partial refund or reject the request.


5. Exchange Policy

📏 Size Exchange: If the size doesn’t fit, we offer a one-time free exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
📦 Product Exchange: You can exchange for a different product of the same or higher value (pay the difference if applicable).

🚨 If the requested exchange product is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a refund.


6. Return Shipping & Charges

🚚 Free Returns: If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product), we cover the shipping charges.
📦 Customer-Initiated Returns: If you return an item due to a change of mind, return shipping charges may apply.


7. Order Cancellation Policy

🔹 You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
🔹 Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible, and you must follow the return process.
